ओबामाले म्यारिल्याण्ड मन्टगोमेरी काउन्टीकी ३ कक्षाकी ढकाललाई ‘प्रत्येक दिन आफू युवा अमेरिकन जसले आफ्नो क्षमता पहिचान गरि सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याउँदछ त्यो साहसी र प्रेरक कार्यहरूले आफू उत्प्रेरित हुन्छु’ भन्ने सन्देश चिठ्ठीमा उल्लेख गरेका छन् । राष्ट्रपति ओबामाले साम्राज्ञी ढकाललाई तिमी जस्तै युवा भोलिका नेतृत्व हौ । र तिमीले मलाई भबिष्यको लागि ठूलो आशा दिएको पत्रमा उल्लेख गर्दै ९ बर्षीय बालिकालाई सफलताको कामना गरेका छन् ।
